The location is a gem, being just a ten-minute stroll from the market square, awesome for a peaceful retreat after exploring the city. The garden rooms feel like charming chalets, tucked away with direct access to lovely landscapes.
There are a few hiccups worth mentioning. The mattresses are sagging, which can ruin a good night's sleep, and the absence of a handheld shower attachment is a letdown for quick showers. Some rooms lack adequate sound insulation. Finding shampoo was challenging, and the TV options left much to be desired, with no smart features available. The heating system can be cranked, but it often doesn't keep up with the cold. For the price tag, the room amenities could certainly use an upgrade.

Booked superior queen room with central heating, a laptop-compatible safe, and multi-channel TV. The breakfast was delicious with bacon a la minute, freshly cooked eggs on demand, bacon, and the staff were really helpful.

It's a decent hotel, all the charm inside the yard. As we understood, local (Belgian) celebrities even stay at the hotel :) The principle of one-storey bungalows. That is, all rooms are entrance from the street. rooms themselves are comfortable enough, there is everything you need. We took the standard and lived only a couple of days, so it is difficult to assess comprehensively. There is a parking lot for cars, comfortable hotel. convenient, given that the streets in the center are narrow, to park a car is very difficult and also more expensive. Breakfasts are excellent. There is everything you would like to get from a good breakfast in a good hotel in Belgium (cheeses, pastries, chocolate and other delicacies), served even sparkling. Staff is friendly, service is unobtrusive, at the same time attentive. hotel is ready to consider all the wishes of guests, at least it seemed so. There is a nuance! If you are planning your arrival late in the evening, be prepared to call the local phone number indicated at the entrance (at the call button), there is no 24-hour reception. arrange a visit time in advance so that the receptionist can meet you at the right time. In general, hotel and trip to this wonderful town we were very pleased.
Check out time is too soon. No 24-hour reception.

Location: the hotel was just next door to many good and affordable restaurants, and the historical center. The place had a relaxing atmosphere. We had fab time at the property and would stay there again.

Luxurious comforts in a quiet gem
After a long journey, stepping into my beautifully appointed garden room was a dream. The hotel's location is perfect, just minutes from the city's heart, yet surprisingly tranquil. The staff's warmth created a nice experience, especially during breakfast with its good spread.
While everything was generally pleasant, I was a bit taken aback by the lack of tea-making facilities in the room. This small oversight in an otherwise luxurious setting left me searching for that early morning cup.

The hotel was down a quiet side street the hotel was lovely and the garden rooms were pleasant to stay in, the garden is lovely also. Vinci secure car parking is next door and cost is upto 15 euros per 24hrs, there is cheaper one further down the road at just under 9 euros per 24hrs. Did not have breakfast or dinner there so cannot comment on this. If were to visit Brugue again would be happy to stay here.
No tea/coffee facilities. Did not have breakfast in hotel far too expense.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very warm, and the garden in front would be gorgeous in the summer.
The walls were really thin so i could hear all the discussions from the neighboring rooms.
